1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the pakbat platform — including the website, mobile interface, live casino, sportsbook, or any other service offered under the pakbat brand — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. pakbat recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pakbat platform, including registered players, visitors browsing without an account, and any third party accessing the platform on a player's behalf. They apply equally to all products and services offered by pakbat, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional offers.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the pakbat platform.

• "Funds" means real-money balances held within a Player's pakbat Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and documentation checks required before withdrawal processing.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the pakbat platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pakbat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The pakbat platform is operated for an international audience under an international online gaming licence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. pakbat makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an account on pakbat, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pakbat platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pakbat reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bets placed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakbat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pakbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify pakbat immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pakbat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Currency

All pakbat accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion facility is offered by pakbat at this time.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pakbat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status and transaction history. pakbat reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at pakbat's discretion, including as part of VIP or loyalty programme benefits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. pakbat aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

5.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

pakbat is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. pakbat reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, freeze accounts pending investigation, and withhold funds where money laundering or fraud is suspected. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by pakbat are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds granted to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Real-money Funds and Bonus Funds are kept in separate balances; real-money Funds are used first for wagers unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pakbat actively monitors for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus release; using third-party software or automated tools to meet wagering requirements; and any other activity that pakbat reasonably determines to constitute an attempt to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, pakbat reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the affected account, and recover any bonus-funded withdrawals already processed.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pakbat platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General betting rules applicable across the sportsbook include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price fluctuations after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the technical ability of the platform to confirm them before the relevant event outcome is determined. pakbat reserves the right to void in-play bets where confirmation cannot be established prior to outcome.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
• pakbat reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual markets at its discretion, including for accounts that demonstrate professional or arbitrage betting patterns.
• Any bet placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake ("palpable error") may be voided by pakbat. Determinations of palpable error are made at pakbat's sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakbat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakbat staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or tamper with pakbat's backend systems, databases, or source code.
• Facilitating gambling by any person under the age of 21.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pakbat platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of pakbat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from pakbat is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakbat's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

pakbat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. The platform may be subject to maintenance windows, technical failures, or interruptions outside of pakbat's control. pakbat shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.

11. Privacy

pakbat's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the pakbat Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You should review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

12. Responsible Gaming

pakbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Termination

pakbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where pakbat has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completion of KYC and confirmation that no outstanding bonuses or chargebacks are pending) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met prior to the closure request.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of pakbat's operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration tribunals designated by pakbat's regulatory authority.
